is a well-known meditation in Tibetan Buddhism and in many centres and monasteries it is part of the daily routines. The weekly meditation at Kundalini Yoga House follows the English translation of a traditional text used in the Kagyupa lineage. The practice includes visualisation of the Buddha, recitation of the mantra 'Om Mani Peme Hung', and silent meditation.
